Grand Theft Auto V grosses more than any movie ever

The already record-breaking game has made more money than even the Star Wars franchise since its release nearly five years ago.

Grand Theft Auto V's takings are reported to have topped $6bn (£4.2bn) - more than double the highest-grossing films ever.

The video game, which is set in the fictional state of San Andreas, came out in September 2013 but remains popular following the release of downloadable content packs.
Its takings have outstripped the revenue made by any of the highest-grossing films, books or music albums ever released.

Jeff Wadlow's supernatural horror flick (think Unfriended meets Final Destination) stars Lucy Hale and Tyler Posey — two experts in battling deadly antagonists — and follows a group of college friends who get trapped in a sinister game of Truth or Dare.

The It Kids Say Their Group Chats Are Still Active — Maybe A Little Too Active

Pennywise the Dancing Clown, the demonic sewer-dweller who preys on the fear of children, may be the source of the scares in Andy Muschietti's It, but the group of middle schoolers at the center of Stephen King's timeless and terrifying story, better known as the Losers' Club, are the film's heart and soul. Without them, It would be just another empty horror film.
